The establishment, which shows traditional Menorcan architecture, was fully refurbished in 2015 to create 12 double rooms with private bath and free Wi-Fi.

It offers an outdoor swimming pool with lounge chairs, outdoor patio with a pergola, two terraces located on either side to perfectly enjoy sun or shade depending on the time of day as
well as spectacular sunrises and sunsets, a self-service bar/café and indoor and outdoor dining areas with magnificent views where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner. There is also free parking available for guests.

The estate has its own vegetable garden with organically produced fruit and vegetables, and yet another garden with aromatic plants. There is also on-site cheese production and Menorcan breed horse rearing.

The Son Vives Agritourism Hotel prioritises environmental sustainability and protection, and in such every room is supplied with hot water and heating via solar panels.
